Remote Customer Service Specialist

Essity is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic customer service environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and update customer information in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed - Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
