Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Peltarion is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, as well as assist with order placements and returns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Process customer refunds and exchanges according to company policies. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of services. 6. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system. 7. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 8. Stay informed about company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality. 10. Handle administrative tasks related to customer service, such as processing invoices and reports.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 6. Attention to detail and persuasion soft skills. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 9. Fluent in English and Swedish is a plus.
