Job Description:
Acast is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, possess excellent negotiation and time management skills, and be able to work remotely.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, phone, and chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
