Job Description:
Klarna is looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues, complaints, and escalations with a sense of urgency and empathy. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers to help them make informed decisions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve our service and processes. 6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Working effectively in a remote environment and utilizing technology to communicate with team members and customers.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and able to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism. 3. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs. 4. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with team members and support one another. 6. Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to deliver customer service remotely.
