Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Natural Cycles is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are motivated, resilient, and possess strong persuasion and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Actively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our product - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email and chat - Identify and escalate any customer issues or concerns to the appropriate team members - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and retention - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and growth - Maintain a deep understanding of the product and constantly update knowledge base

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Motivated and resilient attitude - Persuasion and cooperation skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
