NEVS, a leading automotive company based in Stockholm, is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience who is resilient, hardworking, and possesses excellent cooperation and communication skills.
As a Remote Customer Success Assistant at NEVS, your responsibilities will include:
1. Communicating with customers via email, phone, and chat to provide support and assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support. 3. Tracking customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and help guide product development and marketing efforts. 4. Assisting in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives to retain and grow our customer base. 5. Providing training and onboarding support to new customers to ensure a smooth transition to our products and services. 6. Conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys and reporting on key metrics to management.
Requirements for this position include: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
