Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Atlas Copco, a leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Assist with customer onboarding and training to help them maximize the value of our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs and issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
