Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Quinyx is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This is a work from home position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the following personality traits: reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving any issues in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and execute strategic plans for customer success and retention. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Assist in the creation of customer success materials, such as presentations and training materials. 5. Monitor customer usage data and provide insights to help customers maximize the value of our products. 6. Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Proactively identify upsell opportunities and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Requirements: 1. Associate Level seniority with at least 4 years of customer-facing experience. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Experience working in a remote or work from home setting is preferred. 6.
