Job Description - Customer Success Associate


Job Description:


Mips, a cutting-edge technology company based in Stockholm, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, and possess strong project management skills along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.


Responsibilities:


- Engage with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Educate customers on best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and new features - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and solve problems - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive retention and growth - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Provide feedback to internal teams on customer experience and product improvements


Requirements:


- Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong project management skills - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
