Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Einride is looking for a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Stockholm. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. Your main responsibilities will include creating relationships with customers, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have, and working closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new customers and provide them with product training - Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues customers may encounter - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent attention to detail - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
