Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Associate at Tetra Pak located in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. Resourcefulness and resilience are key personality traits required for this position, along with strong soft skills in presentation and leadership.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely and effective solutions. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers to drive revenue growth. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management roles. 3. Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and achieving customer satisfaction goals. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Strong leadership abilities to influence and drive customer success initiatives. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
