Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Quinyx is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their success with our software platform.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via email, phone, and video calls to assist with any questions or issues they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our platform - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to new and existing customers - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve our services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services

Requirements: - 4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to innovate and think outside the box - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
