Customer Success Associate - Work from home

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our team at Daniel Wellington. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level role, no previous experience is required, but the ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and general support issues - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and promote brand loyalty - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving customer experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - Must be energetic and resourceful, with a positive attitude towards problem-solving - Strong research and analysis skills to effectively identify customer needs and preferences - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes - Proficient in using customer service tools and software
