Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Mindler is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to work from home in Malmö, Skåne Län, Sweden. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and driven personality, along with strong soft skills in persuasion and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Provide excellent customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone calls - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and guidance - Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong persuasion and creativity skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
