Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Snow Software is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer success or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with Snow Software products - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training on product features - Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive customer success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong communication skills - Project management experience - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
