Job Description - Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Snow Software is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance as needed. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of our software solutions. 4. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges faced by customers. 5. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer engagement and retention. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 7. Provide recommendations and best practices to help customers maximize the value of our products. 8. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated personality. 2. Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. 5. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. 6. Familiarity with software and technology solutions. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
