Job description:
Northvolt is looking for a motivated and hardworking Customer Success Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Analyze customer data and metrics to track customer success and proactively address any potential issues - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to drive continuous improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in customer success or a related role - Strong people management skills and ability to build relationships with customers at all levels - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data to drive business decisions - Experience with CRM software and customer success tools preferred - Willingness to travel as needed
