Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Hövding in Uppsala, SE. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through effective relationship management and support initiatives. This role requires a high level of adaptability and independence, as well as strong analytical and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase customer retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions - Develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices - Provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices - Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to mitigate risks and promote long-term success - Participate in customer meetings, events, and presentations as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events
