Exeger, a cutting-edge technology company based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with our products. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of customer solutions and services. 4. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Develop and deliver customer success strategies and best practices to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction. 8. Assist in the development of customer training materials and resources. 9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. 10. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 6 years in a customer success or account management role. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
