Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Manager at Aspiro, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers while working from home. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and developing strategies to help them achieve their goals using our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and support - Proactively identify and address customer needs and issues to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback - Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients to showcase the value of our offerings - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients to review performance and set goals - Provide training and onboarding support for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of our products


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles - Strong adaptability and independence to work effectively from a remote setting - Excellent analysis and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention - Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products is a plus
