Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team at IKEA. This is a part-time remote position based in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate Level Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers - Provide training and support to customers on our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
