Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Thule Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Officer to join our team in Malmö, SE on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support and guidance - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer success and growth - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience - Use project management skills to coordinate and execute customer success initiatives - Utilize critical thinking to analyze data and identify trends that could impact customer satisfaction - Provide training and support to customers on how to effectively use our products and services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
