Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team at Hilton in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time position with an Associate Level seniority requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Act as a point of contact for customers to provide product/service information and resolve any emerging issues - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Provide regular reports on customer success metrics

Requirements: - Motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for exceeding customer expectations - Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
