Job Description:
Happy Socks is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dedicated, possess strong innovation skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence in dealing with customers.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand - Proactively engage with customers to address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and drive upsell opportunities - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various channels including email, phone, and social media - Monitor key performance indicators related to customer success and report on progress to management - Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver a world-class customer experience
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Motivated, dedicated, innovative, and possess emotional intelligence
