Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Success Representative at Thule Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will work remotely from Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE on a part-time basis, providing excellent customer service and support to clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Assist customers with order processing, shipping, and returns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote additional products or services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, monitor customer satisfaction, and generate reports for management. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Thule Group brand in a positive light.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. 3. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to handle challenging situations and changing priorities. 4. Strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions. 5. Analytical skills to assess customer feedback and identify trends or opportunities for improvement. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
