Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Mentimeter is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be reliable and driven, with a passion for innovation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to users via email, chat, and phone - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Troubleshoot issues and provide timely and effective solutions - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve the overall customer experience - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus
