Job Description - Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Mips is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing product demonstrations and training as needed.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize the use of our products - Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide feedback from customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product features and updates to effectively communicate with customers


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and confident with excellent communication skills - Strong teamwork and adaptability skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Associate level education or equivalent experience
