Job Description: Koenigsegg Automotive AB, a renowned luxury car manufacturer based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, the ideal candidate will be motivated, adaptable, possess strong project management skills, and be capable of making effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience - Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to drive satisfaction and retention - Utilize CRM systems and tools to track customer interactions, monitor progress, and generate reports for analysis
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Demonstrated decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
