Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Atlas Copco is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate, dedicated, possess strong analytical and planning skills, and have a track record of building strong connections with customers.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to provide product updates, training, and support - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure the best possible customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth within the customer base

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for providing excellent customer service and building relationships - Strong analytical and planning skills - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
