Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Acne Studios is looking for a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success role.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify and address customer needs, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and drive brand loyalty. - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support customers. - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to help improve our products and services. - Meet or exceed customer success metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: - Driven and hardworking individual with a passion for customer success. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to innovate and think creatively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. - Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
