Job Description - Customer Success Representative


Job Description:


Kivra is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and energetic, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and guidance - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Conduct research and strategic planning to improve customer success initiatives - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and energetic personality - Strong research and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of customer success best practices
