Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

SKF is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time Associate-level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication - Ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal departments to provide solutions and support to customers - Work with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations - Track customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience - Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training and support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service or related field - Reliable and passionate about customer success - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
