Job Description - Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Mips, a cutting-edge technology company based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be reliable and adaptable, with strong teamwork and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various channels to provide assistance and support - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Conduct research to better understand customer preferences and trends - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing product demonstrations


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Excellent problem-solving abilities - High attention to detail and organization skills
