Job Description - Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


ABB Sweden is seeking a remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and driven personality, with exceptional critical thinking skills and a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty - Provide product and service information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing customers - Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve processes and offerings


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred - 4+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
