Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Fingerprint Cards in Malmö, Sweden. As a Customer Success Specialist at Fingerprint Cards, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a high level of energy and resilience, as well as critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met - Proactively monitor and analyze client usage data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues or requests in a timely and effective manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Provide product training and support to clients as needed - Gather feedback from clients to help inform product development and improvement efforts - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Energetic and proactive approach to client relationship management - Knowledge of the biometrics industry is a plus
