Job Description:
Instabox is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional support and assistance. You will work closely with customers to address their inquiries, resolve any issues, and exceed their expectations at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify any potential issues. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve our products and services. 6. Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 9. Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and driven individual with a passion for helping customers succeed. 3. Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. 4. Excellent research skills to gather information and provide solutions to customers. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 8. A proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
