Job Description:
As a Customer Success Specialist at Peltarion, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing guidance on best practices for using our platform.
Responsibilities: - Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process - Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure their ongoing success - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology and how it can add value to our customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proven ability to persuade and influence others - Previous experience in a SaaS or tech company is a plus
