Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Electrolux in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, and possess strong planning and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Create and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
