Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them achieve their desired outcomes - Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use Epiroc products effectively - Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for improvement or intervention - Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences - Manage and prioritize multiple customer requests and issues - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epiroc products and industry trends
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Hardworking and independent personality traits - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Must be able to work part-time in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE - Associate-level seniority - Equal opportunity employer
