Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


LeoVegas is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and optimize the customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
