Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job description:


DICE, a leading gaming company located in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is seeking a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction and success with our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to address any issues or concerns they may have and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers to maximize their usage and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and confident in handling challenging situations - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Innovative mindset to continuously improve processes and customer experience - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
