Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Kry Livi is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a work-from-home basis in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services while also assisting with any issues they may encounter.


Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and to address any concerns they may have - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses - Assist customers with navigating our products and services, providing demonstrations and troubleshooting support as needed - Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions to improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product updates and best practices - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or healthcare industry - Hardworking and reliable with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback - Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment, demonstrating strong teamwork skills - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Must have a quiet home office space with high-speed internet access
