Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Skanska is currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to gain valuable experience in customer support within a dynamic and innovative company.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously learn about our products and services to better assist customers - Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures - Handle administrative tasks related to customer support as needed


Requirements: - Independent and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail - Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
