Customer Support Assistant

Voi Technology is seeking a driven and dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and investigate customer concerns to ensure accurate and helpful responses - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be legally eligible to work in Sweden
