Remote Customer Support Assistant

Quinyx is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time Associate Level role with a requirement of 3 years of experience, this position is ideal for individuals who are resilient and motivated, with strong time management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing remote customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management 3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner 4. Collaborating with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and improve user experience 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Contributing to the development of customer support policies and procedures 7. Assisting with training new customer support team members

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems 6.
