Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Entry Level position with no years of experience required, we are looking for confident and independent individuals who possess strong analytical skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable internet connection and home office setup
