Electrolux Professional is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Support Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Key responsibilities of the Customer Support Associate include: - Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat - Assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintaining accurate customer records and databases - Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
