Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Essity is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. This role requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-focused mindset.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Research and analyze customer data to identify trends and improve service delivery. 7. Assist in training new team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Driven and confident personality traits. 5. Persuasion and research skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
