Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Tetra Pak is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Support Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer support who possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate and efficient support to customers regarding product information, orders, returns, and troubleshooting. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain customer records and documentation accurately in the CRM system. 5. Identify trends in customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve products and services. 6. Assist in training new customer support team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. 3. Emotional intelligence and persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
