Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Vattenfall is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate to work from home. As a part-time position based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in customer support while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions 4. Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels 8. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Resourceful and able to work independently 3. Strong research and strategic planning skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 7. High school diploma or equivalent
